Join the Presiding Officer in conversation with Scottish actor of stage, screen and television, Jack Lowden. A rising star in the entertainment world, Jack has seen his work recognised by BAFTA and the Olivier awards. Exploring his career to date along with his thoughts on the importance of access to the arts, including supporting the younger generation to build careers in the industry both in front and behind the cameras. A Scottish Royal Academy of Music and Drama graduate, Jack’s work includes Slow Horses, The Gold, Dunkirk, Mary Queen of Scots, Small Axe and War & Peace. This August he stars in The Fifth Step at the Lyceum Theatre and has co-produced an adaptation of Amy Liptrot’s powerful memoir The Outrun that will open this year’s Edinburgh International Film Festival.
