Event description
Join this incredible free performance to mark Healing Arts Scotland’s country-wide week-long activation, celebrating and advocating for improved physical, mental and social health through the arts.
This one-off event marks the partnership of Healing Arts Scotland led by Scottish Ballet and the Jameel Arts and Health Lab in collaboration with the World Health Organisation, and features a new dance created by Scottish Ballet performed by a cast of community dancers, NHS staff and young performers with a line-up of pipers, classical, and brass musicians outside the Scottish Parliament.
There is no need to book for this event – just turn up outside the Scottish Parliament building.
Accessibility
All Scottish Parliament event locations:
- are accessible by lift or level access, and venues are accessible to wheelchair users
- welcome guide dogs or other assistance dogs
Some venues are fitted with induction loop facilities.
