Event description
A survey by the Young Women’s Trust this year found that half of the women surveyed, between 18 and 30 years old, have experienced discrimination in the workplace. Join the panel to discuss how structural challenges ranging from microaggressions to verbal put-downs and blocked opportunities, all impact women in the workplace, and how positive leadership and zero tolerance can ensure everyone feels safe and empowered at work.
